Refund Policy

• We do not offer refunds for credit coins credited to your wallet. Once credit coins are added to your wallet, they are non-refundable.
• Similarly, credit coins used to unlock profiles cannot be refunded. Once a profile is unlocked using credit coins, the transaction is considered final.
• Please note that we do not offer refunds for any other purchases or transactions made within the application, including profile unlocks and subscription fees.
• In the event that a refund is approved, the refunded amount will be credited back to your account within 7-10 business days.

Cancellation Policy:

• You have the option to cancel your subscription at any time. Simply log in to your account and navigate to the subscription settings to initiate the cancellation process.
• Please note that cancelling your subscription will result in the immediate termination of premium features and services associated with your account.
• If you cancel your subscription before the end of the current billing cycle, you will retain access to premium features until the end of the billing period.
• We do not offer prorated refunds for cancelled subscriptions.
